1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after receiving full payment.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- In case of high order volume or festive rush, processing may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Methods & Partners
We ship across India using trusted courier partners such as:
Delhivery, DTDC, Bluedart, India Post, Xpressbees, and others depending on your location.

4. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1000
- Standard Shipping Fee of ₹150 for orders below that amount or for COD orders
- Any shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for select locations.
- A small COD service fee may apply (₹50, if applicable).
- Please ensure your mobile number and address are accurate to avoid delivery issues.
6. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp.
- You can also check your order status on our website under “Track Order”.
7. Delays or Failed Delivery
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Customer unavailability
- Courier issues or force majeure events (strikes, weather, etc.)
In case of failed delivery, the courier will usually make 1–2 additional attempts. If undelivered, the parcel may be returned to us.
8. International Shipping
Currently, we do not ship internationally. Shipping is available within India only. Please stay tuned for updates.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
If your parcel is damaged or items are missing:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share unboxing video and clear photos of the package
- We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly
